Prices are shown in your currency (SEK in Sweden, EUR in the EU, USD elsewhere) and exclude VAT. Swedish customers pay 25% VAT; a company elsewhere in the EU enters its VAT number at checkout and is reverse charged.
Billing questions
No setup fee and no implementation phase. Month to month by default, cancel any time; a yearly plan is optional and 20% cheaper. We import your existing prospect list for free during your first month.
AI and enrichment credits cover the work that costs us money per use: enriching a researcher who is not in the set yet, generating a briefing, running the chat assistant. Search, filtering and the signals you already have do not consume credits.
Nothing breaks and nothing is billed by surprise. You keep working with the data you have; new contact reveals wait for the next month or for an allowance you ask us to raise.
Cancel any time from your account. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; there is nothing to claw back and nobody to call. Changing plan is not self-serve yet: tell us and we move you from your next invoice.
Pay for twelve months up front and get 20% off. Your AI and enrichment credits still arrive every month. Cancelling stops the renewal; the year you have paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.
Yes, absolutely, and it matters: an account set up the right way is what makes Lacuna useful to you. Everything builds on understanding which problems your products really solve, which alternative solutions exist on the market, and how yours differs. Only when we know that can we pick out what is relevant to you from the enormous amount of data we hold.
